With more than 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, Jessica is known for her calm demeanor, approachable communication style, and ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments. She enjoys bringing people together, building efficient systems, and creating structure that allows the team to do their best work. As Tim Rich's oldest daughter, Jessica has a deep appreciation for the firm's values and the relationships that have been built with clients over the years.

 

Jessica lives in Castro Valley with her husband, James, and their four children. When she's not at work, you'll likely find her at her local coffee shop, with a van full of kiddos, or making memories with her large and ever-growing circle of loved ones.
